Research Positions

Three Research Assistant Positions

One of FLC’s priorities is the pursuit of fisheries law research.  This research is focused on international laws effecting fisheries, seafood safety regulations, case law updates, fishery laws and regulations from countries and regions around the world, and other topics related to fisheries sustainability and governance. In making this goal possible, FLC is accepting applications from current law students, recent graduates, and other interested parties for the role of Research Assistant.

The role of a Research Assistant is to assist FLC staff in researching and developing written work on fisheries law topics.  Applicants for these positions must be highly organized, as well as have experience researching and summarizing regulations and laws from a variety of sources. The Research Assistant positions are part-time and can be done remotely from anywhere in the world.
